About Worthy Beings
Welcome to Worthy Beings, a place where connection, growth, and wellbeing come first.
At Worthy Beings, we believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and valued. Through counselling, wellbeing programs, and meaningful experiences, we provide opportunities for individuals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build on their strengths.
Our approach is warm, compassionate, and strengths-based, creating a supportive environment where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals with confidence. Whether you are seeking support through a difficult time, looking to improve your wellbeing, or wanting to invest in your personal growth, Worthy Beings is here to walk alongside you on that journey.
Inspired by the natural beauty of the Mid North Coast, we aim to create spaces that encourage reflection, connection, healing, and growth—helping people recognise their worth and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Our Approach
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. At Worthy Beings, we recognise that every person brings their own story, experiences, strengths, and goals. That's why we take the time to get to know each individual and tailor support to meet their unique needs.
Our work focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where people can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, develop practical skills, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life's ups and downs. We believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to take ownership of their journey.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches, we combine practical strategies with curiosity, compassion, and connection. We aim to support people not only through difficult times, but also in discovering their strengths, deepening self-awareness, and creating a life that feels aligned with their values and goals.
Above all, our approach is grounded in the belief that growth looks different for everyone, and that lasting change happens one step at a time.
Our Team
Founder - Kell Butler

With a Bachelor of Social Work, a Diploma of Community Services, and experience working in the community services sector since 2022, I bring a strong foundation of both professional knowledge and practical experience to my work.
My career has included supporting individuals, children, families, and communities through local not-for-profit organisations, with a focus on early intervention, wellbeing, and strengthening community connections. I have experience developing and facilitating community-based programs designed to support personal growth, resilience, and positive outcomes.
More recently, my work within corrective services has focused on client wellbeing, rehabilitation, and supporting meaningful behaviour change. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move towards their goals with confidence.
